The YJH-1303A single-sided clarity tester is a standard instrument developed in accordance with the provisions of the inspection device in the Ministry of Health's industry standard WBı—362(B121)—91 Detailed Rules and Judgment Standards for Clarity Inspection. It is suitable for clarity testing of various injections, large-volume infusions and bottled liquid medicines.
I. Main Features of YJH-1303A Single-Sided Clarity Tester
1. The traditional timing dial code has been removed, replaced by chip integrated control, full-touch keys, making operation simple, and the service life of the instrument has been increased by 3 times.
2. Users can calibrate the instrument's illuminance by themselves according to a standard illuminance meter, which adds a self-calibration function.
3. The length of the bottom whiteboard has been increased, allowing side-by-side testing of infusion bags.
4. The testing lamp has been upgraded to a special A-grade refined pharmaceutical inspection lamp, with a service life 2 times that of traditional lamps.
5. A voltage stabilization control circuit has been added, the testing optical path system eliminates stroboscopic effect, the illuminance is adjustable, the visual resolution is improved, and visual fatigue is reduced.
6. A digital electronic illuminance meter is adopted, with intuitive, stable and reliable readings, the testing time can be set arbitrarily, and it has sound and light alarm functions.
7. The light source illuminance index, black background and testing whiteboard of this instrument all comply with the provisions of the Pharmacopoeia.
8. The optical path system composed of special tri-color fluorescent lamp, electronic ballast and light-shielding device is adopted, which eliminates stroboscopic effect, improves visual inspection resolution and reduces visual fatigue.
9. The illuminance is adjustable, and the digital electronic illuminance meter has intuitive, stable and reliable readings.
10. The testing time can be set arbitrarily, and it has sound and light alarm functions.
